CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

CIC and RDIF to Establish Russia-China Technology Investment Fund

On September 17, 2019, and witnessed by Premier Li Keqiang of China and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of Russia, Mr. Ju Weimin, Vice Chairman and President of CIC, and Mr. Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of Russian Direct Investment Fund, signed the Term Sheet In respect of Establishment of Russia-China Technology Investment Fund L.P. between Russian Direct Investment Fund and China Investment Corporation, committing $ 1 billion to the Russia-China Technology Investment Fund. The fund aims to deepen bilateral cooperation on technological innovation, and tap into complementarities and potentials for bilateral cooperation on technological innovation.
