Governance

CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

France-China Cooperation Fund Launched

On November 6, 2019, witnessed by President Xi Jinping of China and President Macron of France, Letter of Intent between China Investment Corporation, BNP Paribas and Eurazeo SE on France-China Cooperation Fund was co-signed by Chairman & CEO Peng Chun of CIC, Chairman Jean Lemierre of BNP Paribas, and CEO Virginie Morgan of Eurazeo to launch the France-China Cooperation Fund, which aims to invest in French and European enterprises in sectors including advanced manufacturing, healthcare, ecological and environmental protection, and consumption and services, so as to connect said enterprises with the China's industry and market, and further deepen Sino-France trade and investment cooperation.
