CIC Launches Annual Report 2009
July 29, 2010: CIC launched its Annual Report 2009 today, which was approved by its Board of Directors earlier this month. This is CIC¡¯s second annual report since its inception.
The Annual Report covers features such as corporate governance, investment activities and risk management, human resources, outreach activities and financial statements for 2009.
Financial statements disclosed in the Annual Report were prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Finance, presenting a true and comprehensive view of the company¡¯s financial position, results and cash flow of the year ended December 31, 2009.
