On January 18-19, CIC held its 2020 Annual Conference. The Conference summarized the achievements made on the operations and management in 2019, and deployed the key tasks for 2020.

Over the past year, CIC fully implemented the Strategic Plan 2018–2022 (the ''five-year plan'') and annual business plan by deepening reform and promoting innovative development, introduced a series of major moves, and forged ahead and overcame difficulties. The year's main targets for operation and management were successfully accomplished.

What we are facing are profound changes in the layout of global politics and economic environment. In 2020, CIC will adhere to the general work guideline of making progress while maintaining stability, stick to operating on international, market-oriented and professional basis, and remain firm in our commitment to pursuing high-quality development.
