Governance

CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

CIC Held the 2021 Annual Conference

CIC held its 2021 Annual Conference on January 28, 2021. Attended both physically and virtually, the conference summarized the operation and management of CIC in 2020, looked into current trends and challenges, explored ways for better implementation of strategies and plans, and deployed key tasks for 2021.

Faced with the once-in-a-century pandemic of Covid-19 and major fluctuations in the global financial market, CIC remained strategically persistent and rose up to challenges and overcame difficulties, thus successfully accomplishing its main targets for operation and management in 2020.

In 2021, CIC will maintain steadiness while seeking progress and drive development with reforms and innovation, with a special focus on high quality development and swift implementation of strategies and plans.
