Governance

CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

As a long-term financial investor, CIC invests globally and independently. As a responsible investor, we abide by the laws and regulations of China and recipient countries and conscientiously fulfill our corporate social responsibilities.

President Ju Weimin Attended the China Development Forum 2021

The China Development Forum 2021 was held online and onsite at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse with the theme ‘China on a New Journey of Modernization’. On March 18, Mr. Ju Weimin, Vice-Chairman, President and CIO of CIC, attended and chaired the closed roundtable session ‘Investing In China’. Participants in this session exchanged views on topics including market changes in China in the era of the 14th Five Year Plan, investment opportunities under the new development pattern, and China’s measures to optimize its business environment.
