Mr. ZHANG Qingsong is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CIC. Prior to this, he was Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman and President of the Agricultural Bank of China. Before that, he was Vice Chairman and President of the Export-Import Bank of China. In his early career, he held several positions at the Bank of China, including Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Clearing Department, General Manager of the Singapore Branch, General Manager of the Hong Kong Trading Center (Hong Kong Branch), Director (Securities Investment) and then General Manager (Securities Investment) of the Global Markets Unit, and Director of the Global Markets Department.

Mr. ZHANG, born in 1965, holds a master’s degree in economics from the Graduate School of People’s Bank of China.

Mr. LIU is Vice Chairman, President, and Chief Investment Officer of CIC. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of CIC. Immediately prior to this, he was a Member of the Executive Committee of CIC and Executive Vice President of Central Huijin. Prior to that, he held several positions at CIC and Central Huijin, including Head of Equity Management Department II of Central Huijin, Head of Comprehensive Management Department / Banking Institutions Department II of Central Huijin, Deputy Head of Comprehensive Management Department of Central Huijin, and Senior Vice President and then Director of Legal & Compliance Department of CIC.

Mr. LIU, born in 1971, holds a master’s degree of science in finance from London Business School and an LL.M. degree from the University of Iowa.

Mr. LIU Jinbo is Executive Director of CIC. Previously, he was Director General of Department of Personnel, Science & Technology and Education at Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). Prior to this, he served as Vice President / Deputy Director of China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology / Center of Aviation Safety Technology, CAAC. Before that, he served as Deputy Director General and then Director General of Department of Finance at CAAC, while concurrently serving as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors at Capital Airports Holdings Co., Ltd., as well as Deputy Head of CAAC Settlement Center. 

Mr. LIU, born in 1971, holds an MBA degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, as well as the title of Senior Economist.

Mr. GUO Xiangjun is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of CIC. Immediately prior to this, he was Deputy Chief Investment Officer of CIC, and Head and Managing Director of CIC's Risk Management Department. Previously, he served as Deputy Director General of the Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs at the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and as Deputy Director General of the Macroeconomic Control Department at the State Council Office for Restructuring the Economic Systems.

Mr. GUO, born in 1966, holds a master's degree in economics from Renmin University of China.

Mr. PAN Yuehan is Chief Inspector of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the National Commission of Supervision (NCS) at CIC. Immediately prior to this, he served as Chief Risk Officer of Bank of China. Previously, he held several positions with Bank of China, including Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Jiangsu Branch, General Manager of Suzhou Branch, General Manager of Shanghai Branch and Vice President of Shanghai RMB Trading Unit.

Mr. PAN, born in 1964, holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School.

Ms. ZHAO Haiying is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of CIC. Previously, she held other positions at CIC and Central Huijin, including Chief Risk Officer of CIC, Member of the Executive Committee of CIC, Executive Vice President of Central Huijin, Head of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Department of Central Huijin, Head of the Asset Allocation and Strategic Research Department of CIC, and Head of the Research and Legal Affairs Department of Central Huijin. During her career at CIC and Central Huijin, she also sat on the boards of ICBC, CICC, and New China Life Insurance Company Co., Ltd. Before joining Central Huijin, she was Deputy Director of the Department of Securities Issuance Supervision at the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

Ms. ZHAO, born in 1965, holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Tianjin University and holds a Ph.D in economics from University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. LIU Jiawang is Executive Vice President of CIC. Prior to this, he held several positions at Agricultural Bank of China, including Executive Vice President, President of Sichuan Branch, President of Anhui Branch, Executive Vice President of Jiangsu Branch and President of Suzhou Branch, as well as President of Suzhou Branch.

Mr. LIU, born in 1975, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nankai University and a master’s degree in economics, as well as the title of Senior Economist.

Mr. CHEN Zhong is Executive Vice President of CIC. Previously, he was Head of Industry and Information Technology Department of Shaanxi Province. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Mayor of Yu Lin City in Shaanxi Province (Director-General level). In his earlier career, he served as Head of Investment Management Department at China Life Insurance Company Limited, and then Executive Vice President and Head of Institutional Clients Department of China Life Investment Management Company Limited. He also held several positions at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), including Deputy Head of Credit Extension Approval Department, Deputy Head of Credit and Investment Management Department & Deputy Head of Credit Supervision Center, as well as Deputy Head of Chongqing Branch.

Mr. CHEN, born in 1973, holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Science.

Mr. ZHANG Shaoqing is Executive Vice President of CIC. Previously, he held several positions at the National Council for Social Security Fund (NCSSF), including Deputy Director-General and then Director-General of Global Investment Department, as well as Director at the Legal & Compliance Department.

Mr. ZHANG, born in 1974, holds a master’s degree in economics from University of International Business and Economics and an MBA from University of Oxford.

Mr. DAI is a member of the Executive Committee of CIC. He currently serves as Head of the Asset Allocation and Business Management Department of CIC. Previously, he held several positions at CIC, including Secretary of the Board of Directors, Deputy Head and then Head of the Administrative Office/Office of the Board of Directors/Office of the Board of Supervisors, and Deputy Head of the Asset Allocation and Business Management Department.

Mr. DAI, born in 1982, holds a master’s degree in economics from Renmin University of China.

Mr. LIAO is a member of the Executive Committee of CIC. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Central Huijin. Prior to this, he held several positions at Central Huijin, including Head of Equity Management Department Ⅱ and Equity Management Department Ⅲ, Head of Equity Management Department I, Deputy Head of Equity Management Department II, and Dispatched Director to Bank of China Limited. Before joining Central Huijin, Mr. LIAO was Senior Director for S&P’s Financial Institutions Ratings Group, Asia Pacific, and Chief Rating Officer for S&P’s Financial Institutions Ratings in Greater China.

Mr. LIAO, born in 1974, holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Science.
