Governance

CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

CIC, CSSC and Carnival Signed Joint Venture Agreement

China Investment Corporation ("CIC"), China State Shipbuilding Corporation ("CSSC") and Carnival Corporation & plc ("Carnival") signed joint venture agreement in London. CIC Chairman Ding Xuedong, CSSC Chairman Dong Qiang and Carnival CEO Arnold Donald were present at the signing ceremony.
