Governance

CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

As a long-term financial investor, CIC invests globally and independently. As a responsible investor, we abide by the laws and regulations of China and recipient countries and conscientiously fulfill our corporate social responsibilities.

CIC Capital Invested in Tank & Rast

CIC Capital has completed the acquisition of a minority interest in Tank & Rast, Germany's largest and leading owner and concessionaire of a network of motorway service areas. With this investment CIC has joined the following partners in Tank & Rast: Allianz Capital Partners GmbH, Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc., Infinity Investments SA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), and MEAG, Munich Re (Group)'s asset manager.
