Governance

CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

CIC Capital and ISIF Launched China-Ireland Technology Growth Fund II

On March 16, 2018, Mr. Simon Coveney, Irish Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Mr. Tu Guangshao, Vice Chairman and President of China Investment Corporation (CIC), attended the launching ceremony of China-Ireland Growth Technology Fund II. CIC Capital and Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) have respectively subscribed to 75 million euros of committed investment to further China-Ireland cooperation on high technology investment.

CIC and ISIF co-launched China-Ireland Technology Growth Fund I in 2014 in a bid to enhance China-Ireland cross-border investment in technology and generate risk-adjusted returns. The Fund II will continue to uphold this goal.
