As per the decision of the State Council and CIC’s Board of Directors, Mr. LIU Haoling no longer serves as Vice-Chairman, President, and Chief Investment Officer of CIC.

Mr. LIU Haoling diligently fulfilled his duties and demonstrated a deep commitment to excellence during his tenure with CIC. We highly acknowledge and sincerely appreciate Mr. LIU Haoling’s important efforts and outstanding contribution to formulating and implementing strategic plans, enhancing proprietary investment capabilities, optimizing asset allocation and global investment footprints, promoting cooperation and communication among sovereign wealth funds, refining equity management mechanisms, improving management of CIC Group companies, and boosting CIC’s overall capability to pursue development while safeguarding security.
